Hubungan postur kepala-leher terhadap proyeksi suara pada penyanyi paduan suara

Abstrak
Latar Belakang: Postur kepala dan leher berperan penting dalam mendukung fungsi respirasi, posisi laring, serta efisiensi resonansi suara pada penyanyi paduan suara. Ketidaksejajaran postur kepala–leher dapat meningkatkan ketegangan otot servikal dan laring, mengganggu aliran udara, serta menurunkan efektivitas proyeksi suara. Penyanyi paduan suara mahasiswa merupakan kelompok pengguna suara intensif yang rentan mengalami kelelahan vokal, namun kajian yang secara spesifik menilai hubungan postur kepala–leher dengan proyeksi suara dari perspektif fisioterapi masih terbatas. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara postur kepala dan leher terhadap proyeksi suara pada penyanyi paduan suara. Metode: penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 100 penyanyi paduan suara mahasiswa Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Melody of Aisyiyah Voice Universitas Aisyiyah Yogyakarta (usia 18–25 tahun) Postur kepala dan leher diukur menggunakan Craniovertebral Angle (CVA) melalui metode fotogrametri dengan bantuan aplikasi ImageJ, serta pengukuran sudut servikal menggunakan goniometer. Proyeksi suara diukur secara objektif menggunakan sound level meter (dB meter) dan secara subjektif melalui penilaian pengamat. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment atau Spearman rho, disesuaikan dengan hasil uji normalitas, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil: uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa variable Craniovertebral Angle (CVA) dan skor subjektif proyeksi suara berdistribusi normal (p < 0,05). Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara postur kepala dan leher dengan proyeksi suara, baik pada analisis CVA terhadap skor subjektif (r = -0,109; p = 0,280) maupun sudut servikal terhadap dB rata-rata (r = 0,043; p = 0,670). Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara postur kepala-leher dengan proyeksi suara pada penyanyi paduan suara.
